Thanks for taking the time to get to know me! Names Edrick! I’m a UX and UI Designer currently studying at Texas State University to graduate with a Fine Arts Bachelors in Communication Design.
Fell into the field through web design and was hooked realizing I could do a great deal of designing and interactions without coding, though it's been useful from time to time.

Why?
Why Ux and Ui?
I was first introduced into UX/UI through a web design class. Being able to design layouts and add interactions, color and aesthetic to a design while also making sure it benefits the user? I was hooked. Being able to research ways to benefit users and creating those designs and making them reality is such a good feeling, especially when the user is satisfied with the final product.
I live to ensure products look great while also being functional and helpful to the user.
UX/UI isn't the only thing I do!

My main goal in life is to draw and animate the stories I have in my head. As well as becoming a storyboard artist, character designer, and maybe one day soon create my own short film!
